Maison Maharani
Welcome to the Maison Maharani Help Center. We curate premium heritage South Asian bridal and festive jewelry replicas designed to make you feel like royalty on your monumental days. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we have detailed our most frequently asked questions below.
All of our exquisite heritage pieces are dispatched directly from our specialized regional artisan hubs across South Asia, where each item undergoes a thorough quality control check. Once your order passes verification and is carefully packed into our premium velvet boxes (which takes 2 to 4 business days), standard international transit takes 5 to 12 business days to major global diaspora corridors including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Yes, absolutely. The exact moment our courier partners scan your shipment, an automated tracking number will be sent directly to your email address. You can track your order using that link, or by logging into your secure Maison Maharani Customer Dashboard on our homepage at any time.
While Maison Maharani completely covers standard international shipping insurance fees, any destination-specific import duties, local entry taxes, or customs handling fees applied by your home country's customs office are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Please use our Bangle Sizing Guide before ordering, as rigid silhouettes and Kadas cannot be resized. If the fit is wrong, your 14-day right to cancel still applies to any item that is not a sealed hygiene product, so you can return it for a refund. We're also happy to help you choose a size before you buy.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, even after dispatch. Email MaisonMaharaniLtd@gmail.com to cancel, then return the items within 14 days for a full refund of the price and standard delivery. If you contact us before dispatch we will do our best to amend or stop the order.
Every item in our House is individually hand-finished by master craftsmen. Subtle variations in stone placement, bead spacing, or enamel finishes are organic characteristics of hand-crafted artisan imitation jewelry and are not classified as manufacturing flaws.
We offer a strict 14-day return registry window from the date of delivery for items that are completely unworn, unaltered, and kept within their original velvet gift cases. However, due to hygiene laws regarding intimate bridal wear, pierced earrings, ear-chains (Sahas), and nose rings (Naths) are entirely non-returnable once their protective inner packaging seal is broken.
We inspect every set carefully before delivery. In the highly rare event your item suffers damage during international air transit, please email MaisonMaharaniLtd@gmail.com within 48 hours of package delivery. You must include your Order Number along with clear photos or a continuous unboxing video of the damage so our care team can issue an immediate replacement or full refund.
Because our collections feature intricate, hand-finished premium artisanal craftsmanship, proper preservation is essential to maintain their brilliant gold luster, stone settings, and finish for years to come. To ensure your heritage jewelry lasts for generations, please follow these simple care steps:
Keep It Completely Dry: Always remove your jewelry before bathing, washing your hands, swimming, or exercising. Water, sweat, and moisture can compromise the protective finish over time.
Avoid Chemicals and Perfumes: Apply all luxury hairsprays, body lotions, and perfumes before putting on your jewelry. Direct contact with cosmetics and alcohol-based chemical sprays can dull or tarnish the brilliant metal finish.
Wipe After Wearing: Before storing your pieces away after an event, gently wipe them down with a clean, soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove any residual skin oils or cosmetics.
Store in a Custom Cloth Bag or Box: When not in use, store each jewelry piece individually inside a soft cloth pouch, a velvet bag, or the custom Maison Maharani lined box it arrived in. Keeping items isolated prevents them from scratching against other metals and shields them from open-air humidity.
