We make every effort to display colours, materials, and gemstone details accurately. Natural variations in materials or screen display may occur. Gemstone names (e.g. "emerald", "sapphire") describe colour, not natural stones, unless stated.
Prices are shown in GBP (£). We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to prices.
Delivery charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we'll contact you before confirming, and you may cancel at no cost.
Submitting an enquiry or cart request does not create a binding contract — it's a request for us to get in touch with you.
A contract is formed only once we confirm your order in writing (by email) and payment has been arranged directly with you.
We may decline to fulfil an order — for example, due to stock availability or a pricing error — and no payment will be taken in that case.
We do not currently take payment through an automated checkout on this site. When you submit an enquiry or cart request, our team will contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and arrange secure payment (for example by bank transfer or a payment link). No payment is taken until you've confirmed your order with us.
Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your chosen address.
Your statutory rights are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy, including your 14-day right to cancel and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not liable for business losses (e.g. loss of profits or commercial disruption), as our products are supplied for domestic and private use only.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 days. If we're unable to resolve things directly, you can seek free, independent advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk).
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
